Prior to the appearance of the COVID virus, financial markets were in reasonable economic condition. Growth in money and the supply of credit was about as balanced as it ever gets, neither inflation nor deflation had the firm upper hand, the value of financial assets were rising.
Since the arrival of the COVID problem, the political egos are making the problem more complex for something sheets of Plexiglas, face masks and being organized would go a long ways to controlling. This is only needed until medical technology finds a vaccine. Massive resources are being directed to this solution, it is likely just a matter of time.
The COVID situation will be a problem for some time yet. The re-start will be in incremental stages, it will be tedious but it is a route to the final reopening.
